Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Pay pal payments.
All payments are process by our payment processor 2Checkout (2CO). They will appear on your Credit Card Statement as 2CO.

Shipping & Handling

Couriers: Canada Post, FedEx and Purolator Courier Ltd. are used as our primary shippers. All online orders will ship via Canada Post. All Team orders not ordered online will ship via FedEx or Purolator.

Shipping:
All freight charges are the responsibility of the Customer.

Damaged Goods

Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt.
If a shipment arrives damaged or if the box appears damaged...

  • Note damage on the delivery bill and have the driver sign it, acknowledging the damage.
  • Contact the  Customer Service Dept. at http://support@antonssports.com  and you will receive information on how to proceed with an insured claim. An order will be entered at that time to replace the merchandise and you will be provided with an RMA.
  • Note the RMA number on the box and simply write on the box "Return to Manufacturer - damaged goods" and return to any Canada Post Outlet.
  • Once returned to us, the returned goods will be inspected and if deemed that you are not at fault a new order will be shipped.
